The brief
Twelve stores, ageing tills, and a head office that wanted every store on the same hardware before the autumn season. Installations had to happen outside trading hours.
What we did
One specification for all stores: POS terminal, receipt printer, scanner, customer display, a back-office PC per store, and a small managed switch with Wi-Fi for the floor. Kits were staged and labelled per store, shipped on a calendar agreed with the store managers, and installed by our partner team in the evenings. A spare kit per region covers failures without waiting for a courier.
Result
Forty-eight stations live in four weeks, every store on the same image and the same support contract, and not a single trading day lost.
