These terms apply to your use of fixspotter.com (the “Site”), operated by FixSpotter Ltd, company number 15925399, 91 Battersea Park Road, London SW8 4DU, United Kingdom. By using the Site you accept them. Services we provide to clients and partners are governed by separate agreements: see the Advertiser terms and the Partner terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and for finding out about our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract content at scale.
2. Content
The content of the Site is for general information. Case studies describe past engagements; results depend on market, product and budget, and past results are not a promise of future performance. We may change the Site at any time.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, graphics, the FixSpotter name and mark belong to FixSpotter Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract arises only when a written proposal or order is accepted by both parties.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on Site content or from interruption of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
