The brief
Marketing reported from the ad platforms, sales from the CRM, finance from the payment provider, and the numbers never matched. Every Monday someone reconciled four exports by hand.
What we did
A short discovery agreed the definitions (what counts as an order, a refund, a new customer). We built a service that collects data from the ad platforms, the attribution partner, the order system and the payment provider, stores it in one model, and publishes dashboards per team. Delivered in releases; each release tested against the previous week’s manual report until the numbers agreed.
Result
One set of numbers, ready at eight on Monday morning, and the person who used to reconcile the exports now reads the dashboard instead.
