A 25-person office equipped and configured in three weeks, on one invoice

The brief

A new office, twenty-five people starting on the same Monday, and no IT team on site.

What we did

Roles and workloads were mapped in one call. We specified laptops with docks and dual monitors for each role, headsets for the sales team, one multifunction printer, a switch and access points for two floors, and the productivity licences. Devices were named, updated and enrolled before shipping.

Result

Everything arrived in one delivery three weeks after the specification was approved. Twenty-five people logged in on Monday morning; the office manager dealt with one person throughout.
